Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for products that arrive with a verifiable manufacturing or assembly defect.

To be eligible for a refund due to a manufacturing defect, you must provide the following:

1. Initial Power-Up Video

A clear, continuous video recorded before any soldering, wiring, modification, installation, or external connection is applied.
This video must show:

• Unboxing of the product

• Physical condition of the item

• First power-up

• The defect or issue as it occurs

This requirement is mandatory for verifying that the product was defective upon arrival.

2. No Customer-Induced Damage

The product must show no signs of:

• Incorrect wiring, reversed polarity, or short circuits

• Over-voltage, over-current, or use outside specifications

• Soldering damage, mechanical stress, or modification

• Damage caused by external circuits, motors, or accessories

• Misuse or improper handling

If the required video evidence cannot be provided, Tercio Labs cannot confirm the defect as manufacturer-related, and the refund request will be declined.

Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

• Damage resulting from incorrect wiring, incorrect voltage, reversed polarity, short circuits, ESD, or improper connections

• Damage caused by soldering, modification, mechanical force, misuse, or failure to follow documentation

• Damage caused during user installation, testing, or operation

• Customer dissatisfaction not related to a manufacturing defect (including “changed mind,” “no longer needed,” “does not fit my project,” or similar reasons)

• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function

• Normal wear, aging, or use-related damage

Tercio Labs is not responsible for any damage occurring after the product has been delivered to the customer.

Refund Process

Once the product is returned and inspected:

• If the returned item and the initial power-up video confirm a manufacturing defect, a refund will be approved.

• Refund processing times may vary but will be communicated after approval.

• You will be notified once the refund has been issued.

Shipping

For approved warranty returns, Tercio Labs covers the cost of return shipping.
Return shipping is covered only for verified manufacturing defects.

Product Availability and Limitations
